Join us for an inspiring and thought-provoking event with the esteemed educator and performance poet, Wakefield Brewster. In this captivating session, Wakefield will delve into the transformative power of words and its role in shaping a more inclusive society. Through a dynamic blend of performance and discussion, Wakefield will share a range of his poetic works that will inspire students on the potential of writing and how poetry can be a catalyst for positive change in world.

Recommended for grades 4–9. Some themes maybe harder to grasp for grades 4 – 5, but we hope the general message and Wakefield’s passion will inspire writers no matter their age.
